Cedrus Group was founded in 2026 by Architect Mohamed Fawaz, who graduated from the School of Architecture of Strasbourg, France, in 1996, with the jury's congratulations for his diploma project. We bring an architect's eye for detail to every stage of a building, from the first sketch to the final snag list. أسّس المهندس المعماري محمد فواز شركة سيدروس غروب عام 2026. تخرّج من مدرسة الهندسة المعمارية في ستراسبورغ، فرنسا، عام 1996، ونال تهنئة لجنة التحكيم على مشروع تخرّجه. نحمل نظرة المعماري الدقيقة إلى كل مرحلة من مراحل المبنى، من الرسم الأول حتى آخر قائمة ملاحظات قبل التسليم.

Our founder brings more than 30 years of experience in design, project development and management, contracting and AI. This includes facade and cladding engineering, tendering and project delivery on large developments in Saudi Arabia, alongside new residential buildings and renovation projects in Beirut. We put that experience to work for clients who want one accountable partner from study to handover. يتمتّع المؤسس بخبرة تزيد على 30 عاماً في التصميم، وتطوير المشاريع وإدارتها، والمقاولات، والذكاء الاصطناعي، تشمل هندسة الواجهات والتكسية، وإعداد المناقصات، وتنفيذ مشاريع كبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية، إلى جانب مبانٍ سكنية جديدة ومشاريع ترميم في بيروت. نضع هذه الخبرة في خدمة العملاء الذين يريدون شريكاً واحداً مسؤولاً من الدراسة حتى التسليم.
